Welcome

Let me just start by saying welcome! I am so happy to be starting this blogging adventure. It has been something I have wanted to do for a while now and I am so happy that I finally decided to take the plunge.

​I will not only use this platform to share my painted furniture pieces but also the passion I have for decorating and diy projects. Living in an old  house built in 1920 has it's challenges but it is so rewarding and I can't imagine living in a newer home. There's just something about those old warped wood floors and original wood doors that make my heart go pitter patter. My husband and I make a good team and I love working side by side with my him as we turn it into a home we love!  As we have concentrated mostly on the interior the past few years, I am beyond excited to finally start tackling the yard, adding flower gardens and, in the next few months, chickens and a vegetable garden. I look forward to sharing those adventures with you!
